We do not refund products that have been purchased from an unauthorized seller such as Amazon.com, Ebay, etc. We cannot guarantee performance of products purchased through unauthorized sellers.


Customers may receive a refund for any product that does not meet their performance expectation, if the product was purchased through this Website.


Customers will be responsible for the cost of mailing the product back to Passion4Hair for credit and will have this amount deducted from the refund.


To be eligible for a return, products must be in the original packaging and contain at least 50% of the product in the bottle.


With proof of purchase, customers can return the product to us within 30 calendar days from the date of order simply CONTACT US via email at salonlove@passion4hair.com


Upon receipt of returned item(s), we will inspect shipment contents and notify you regarding status of your refund.


We will then initiate a refund to your credit card. It may take several days for the credit to post to your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Electrical tool returns should include all original items and original packaging. Unfortunately we are unable to exchange for parts. Along with a detailed note containing your full name, phone number and #SalonLove order number.

This type of service will also allow you to track your package and ensure its safe return as we can not issue a refund for lost or damage items.
